The NZ Labour Party ends the Parliamentary year in good heart.
It has been a very full year with a huge volunteer push to collect signatures for the referendum on asset sales, the launch of our NZ Power policy to lower power prices, development of KiwiBuild, and two convincing by-election wins.
On top of this we’ve had new leadership selection. Party membership is nearly double what it was one year ago. The polls suggest a very tight contest next year, so we’ll be relying on all our friends and supporters to help-out where they can in election year.
In the meantime, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a safe, fulfilling and happy New Year.
